- An unique and advanced in-situ galvanising system using nano technology to provide cathodic protection and anti-rust treatment.
- It is a ONE component metallic coating containing 92% zinc that complies to ASTM D520 in its dried film.
- Coloured paint film that can be used as finishing.
- The high zinc content provide comparable cathodic protection as Hot-Dipped galvanising (HDG) and acts as sacrificial anode to protect the under layer metal substrate.
- As zinc in the paint film oxidised, a layer of zinc oxide forms at the surface that closing and further fortified the paint film that enhance the barrier protection .
- The special binder and nano technology stabilised the atomised zinc particle from excessive consumption and reduce the depletion of zinc dust providing long lasting active galvanic protection and excellent adhesion properties to the metal substrate.
- Tested by TUV SUD PSB that complies to ISO 12944-6 corrosivity requirement for C5M / C5I high durability category with life expectancy of 15 years.
